Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you book or receive a treatment at Miyapur Wellness Spa and when you use this website. Booking an appointment or visiting the spa means you accept them. Please read the health and conduct sections in particular.

1. About us

Miyapur Wellness Spa, Shop No. 2B, Second Floor, Jayabharathi's Kalpana, Survey No. 44/1, 50 & 51, Miyapur, Hyderabad, TS – 500049. Open daily 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Phone and WhatsApp +91 95151 10550.

2. Our services

We provide wellness and relaxation massage treatments and steam bath sessions, delivered by trained therapists in private treatment rooms. Our treatments are for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment, physiotherapy or a substitute for advice from a doctor.

3. Bookings and appointments

• A request sent through the website form, WhatsApp or a phone call is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment. Your slot is booked only once we confirm it with you.
• Please arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment so your session can start on time.
• Session times include a short consultation and changing time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but the session may be shortened so the next guest is not delayed, and the full price still applies.
• Walk-in guests are welcome, subject to therapist and room availability.
• Treatments are for guests aged 18 and above. Guests under 18 may be treated only with a parent or guardian present and consenting.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

• To cancel or move an appointment, tell us at least 4 hours before the booked time by phone or WhatsApp. There is no charge for this.
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may mean we ask for advance payment to hold a future slot.
• If we ever have to cancel or reschedule, for example because a therapist is unwell, we will tell you as soon as we can and offer the next available slot or a full refund of anything you have already paid.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices shown on this website are in Indian Rupees and are indicative. They may change without notice, and add-on services are charged separately. The price confirmed at the spa is the price that applies.
• Payment is made at the spa at the end of your session. This website does not take online payments.
• Please confirm accepted payment methods with our reception when you book.
• Completed treatments are not refundable. If you are unhappy with your session, tell us before you leave and we will try to put it right.

6. Health, safety and suitability

Some treatments are not suitable in certain circumstances. Before your session, please tell us if any of the following apply:

• You are pregnant or have recently given birth
• You have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, or diabetes
• You have had recent surgery, a fracture or an injury
• You have a skin condition, open wound, infection or contagious illness
• You have allergies, including to oils, creams or fragrances
• You are under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicant
• You are undergoing medical treatment or taking medication that may be affected

We may decline, modify or stop a treatment where we believe it is not safe or appropriate. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before booking. You are responsible for the accuracy of the health information you give us, and we cannot accept liability for problems arising from information withheld.

7. Conduct and our therapists

Our services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any request, remark or behaviour of a sexual nature, or any behaviour that is abusive, threatening or disrespectful towards our therapists or other guests, will end the session immediately with the full amount payable and no refund. We may refuse future bookings and, where appropriate, report the matter to the police.

We also ask guests to keep phones on silent, to respect the quiet of the spa, and not to attend while intoxicated.

8. Personal belongings

Please keep valuables with you or leave them at home. We take care of our spaces, but we cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

9. Offers, packages and vouchers

Promotional offers, packages and gift vouchers are valid only for the period and on the conditions stated when they are issued. Unless we say otherwise, they cannot be combined with another offer, exchanged for cash or extended beyond their validity.

10. Using this website

• The text, photographs, design and logo on this site belong to Miyapur Wellness Spa. Please do not copy, republish or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
• We keep the information here as accurate as we can, but treatment descriptions, prices and timings may change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer by itself.
• Articles in our blog are general wellness information, not medical advice. Please speak to a qualified professional about your own situation.
• Please do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to this website.
• We link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for their content or terms.

11. Liability

We take reasonable care in providing our treatments and maintaining our premises. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for any reaction or injury arising from health information you did not disclose, or for interruptions to this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Privacy

How we handle the information you share with us is set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date shown at the top, is the one that applies.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
